Thursday, August 14th - Far Corner Golf

Our Host Course for this event will be Far Corner Golf in Boxford, MA

"Far Corner golf course is a challenging 27 hole layout nestled on 250 acres in the beautiful West Boxford countryside. An 18 hole combination on any of our three nines The Fox, The Heron and The Hawk boast yardage of over 6700 yards from the blue championship tees. As challenging as the course may be from the blue tees, they are player friendly from the white, gold and reds.

Before teeing off warm up on our all-grass practice facility and large two tier putting green adjacent to our 3700 square foot proshop. The Far Corner Grille Room has a large wraparound deck overlooking the golf course. The menu features a variety of wraps, sandwiches, salads and daily specials, as well as a fully stocked bar.

Our function area has a capacity of over 200. Sliding glass doors leading to a wrap around deck overlooking the course, make it the perfect setting for a banquet after your event. Click on the icon below for our outing menu which has a large variety of items to choose from at economical prices."

If playing as an official NAGT member, the price for Bradford tournaments will be $68. Each of these events is on a Sunday morning during a premium time slot. For non members, the cost is $88. Cart fee is NOT included, you will need to check in with the pro shop to reserve a cart if desired.

NAGT Skins Rules:$20 entry per player builds the pot. 100% of the money collected is paid out to the players who earn a skin. A skin is awarded to a player who records the lowest score on a hole outright, with no ties. If multiple players achieve the same lowest score on a hole, no skin is awarded for that hole, and the money remains in the pool for the other skins. At the end of the round, the total pot is divided evenly among all players who have earned at least one skin

Our optional $20 Net Prize Pool rewards players based on their net scores, which account for each player's handicap. To participate, players must have an active GHIN number. Your net score is calculated by subtracting your GHIN handicap from your raw, gross score. At the end of the round, 100% of the money collected is distributed among the players with the lowest net scores, using a payout structure determined by the number of participants. This format levels the playing field, giving all players a fair chance to compete for prize money.

If 12 holes or more are played, the tournament will be considered complete in the case of something like poor weather. If there are fewer than 12 holes played we will either reschedule or cancel the tournament.
